I am bored out of my mind: yesterday I cycled 18km out of boredom. I previously though that sites like YouTube and apps like WhatsApp only took up small moments in my life, now, without these services, I often find my self sitting in my room, hand in hand, thinking about what I can do to entertain myself. I also read a lot more: I've never really read a book under my own will but I've been reading Cal Newport's book much faster than I thought I would, I think I'll read more often in the future, I find enjoyment in doing so.
